Terms and conditions

The price quoted will include everything you need to put a website on the world wide web for a period of 12 months and includes a minimum of one e-mail address if required.

Reasonable changes (small amounts of text/picture changes) will be made to your site whilst being hosted by Burnley Web Designs free of charge, up to a maximum of 12 changes in any 12 month hosting period. Extra changes will incur a small administration charge.

The prices quoted are for our regular site designs only.

Changes to the regular site designs will incur an extra charge.

All designs remain the copyrighted property of Burnley Web Designs.

Prices include hosting for 12 months from the date the site goes live. Subsequent years hosting will be at the price quoted on request.

Prices include the cost of your internet domain name (your internet address .co.uk or .org) for the first 12 months only. Renewal of your domain name will be included in your hosting renewal price.

Burnley Web Designs accepts no responsibility for 'down time' that is beyond our control. Final payment is due within seven days of your site going live, failure to pay will result in your site being removed from the internet.
